Featured in VoyageDallas: The Story Behind House of Motifs

We’re honored to share that House of Motifs has been featured in VoyageDallas, a publication that highlights inspiring entrepreneurs, creatives, and community leaders across the Dallas area.

In the interview, we had the opportunity to talk about our journey — from Türkiye to Downtown McKinney — and the inspiration behind House of Motifs.

Our story is really about reinvention, culture, and the connection between people and the spaces they inhabit. When we moved to Texas, we didn’t just want to open a store. Our goal was to build a cultural bridge by bringing artisan textiles, silk velvet pillows, and meaningful design pieces from Türkiye into modern American homes.

Today, House of Motifs is both a boutique in Downtown McKinney and an online store serving customers nationwide. Through our work, we focus on pieces that carry story, craftsmanship, and cultural depth.

We’re grateful to the VoyageDallas team for giving us the opportunity to share our journey.
